It's a Superb Destination 4.9/5
The Montague on The Gardens is a charming Georgian townhouse located in the literary Bloomsbury district of London. It is just steps away from the British Museum and offers a unique experience with its al-fresco dining and fun pop-ups, including an alpine themed Ski Lodge in winter and a Hawaiian Beach Bar in the summer. The Leopard Bar offers live jazz and the conservatory is the perfect place to enjoy a traditional Afternoon Tea overlooking peaceful gardens.
The hotel staff are incredibly responsive, attentive, and kind. The rooms are small but the decor and elaborate fabrics make up for the room size. The beds are comfortable and the bed linens are of the highest quality. The hotel restaurant is cozy with a nice menu and the bar is also very nice with live music on certain nights. The hotel is in walking distance to Covent Garden & the theater district and is also close to Kings Cross.
The Montague on The Gardens is an excellent choice for a stay in London. It offers a unique experience with its al-fresco dining and fun pop-ups, and the staff are incredibly responsive, attentive, and kind. The rooms are small but the decor and elaborate fabrics make up for the room size. The hotel is in walking distance to Covent Garden & the theater district and is also close to Kings Cross.
